In this circuit I found from DMohanKumar site, so thi circuit copy Right to him.In simple explanation this circuit will produce frequency at 38Khz be transmitter by Infra Red, This 38Khz frequency will jamm the frequency of remote control of your TV box. For valid and frequency tunning just adjust VR potensiometer as variable resistor
