This circuit will show you how to build your own balm with diode LED AC line 220V/50Hz. This circuit is so simple just make DC current from the AC line trough bridge diode, but you must READ carefully its DANGEROUS seriously is HOT CIRCUIT make sure to be carefull.

It can be output 3 Watt or 5 Watt and read the C1 value for it. If 3 watt LED can flow 40 V DC 16 serial LED C1 must be 1000nF/400V. The ouput 5 watt C1 must be 1200nF/400V the led be serial 24 LED.
